    Hi folks –

    I just got Pull 2.0 and I’m really excited to get started with it –
    it looks like you guys have done a great job.

    However for now I’m having no luck with it – I’ve followed your installation guide but I just get the evil OS X spinning wheel when I try and drag the Pull device into Live.

    I’ve tried a reinstall with no luck. Would be very grateful for any help!

    UPDATE: after much wrangling, my workaround was to open a different Max device first, then open Pull. All seems well now.

    Hi Niall, Have replied on email,however best to check you have the latest versions of Live, Max and Lemur installed.
