It seems your IP address and port is incorrect inside your Lemur. The IP address on your Lemur should be the same as your MAC/PC. The port on your Lemur should be set to 8004 inside both your Lemur (on the right inside setting) and also on the Max Device.

We can also help you at support[at]xmonsta[dot]com – if your ports are correct and youre still having problems send some screenshots to the support email of these three folders
