    I just ordered Pull and payed for it with Paypal. I got an email receipt from Paypal, Transaction ID: 1YK87570KV433723P.
    Then nothing else happened. I checked my account on your website and it shows my order as pending, with buttons to pay or cancel or view my order, 3230. No emails to download the files, no place on the site to download the files.
    I’m not sure what is happening.

    Never mind, it just took quite a while for the order to complete. Sorted out.


    Apologies, I have activated your order. Sometimes Paypal times out during the order process.

    You can download the software from your invoice or at (you should see your downloads at the top, or click “View” on your order and click the green link to download).
